Who or what has been the biggest influence on your career?
The people around me have made a great impact on my career. I have been influenced by the honest, selfless, caring, imaginative and highly capable people who believed in me, saw ability in me and encouraged me to be different and to succeed; gave me opportunities that stretched my abilities and made me think out of the box; counselled me to support my strengths and work on my defects; showed me by example exactly what to do and what not to do; kept me teachable, encouraged me to learn what works and what does not work; and worked with me individually and in teams to deliver everything that I have been involved in.
