How have you managed to balance work and leisure?
It’s not an easy task, but finding a balance between work and leisure is important – and rewarding. Working long hours has helped me to approach my leisure time in a different way: when you have little free time, you learn how to make best use of it. I’ve taken up new sports, developed new interests and made the most of holidays. Through working, I’ve become very good at prioritising my time – and that includes free time. Although it can be hard to keep my mind off work when out of the office, I find that holidays and leisure activities like sport actually make me more productive.
