I joined my firm as a graduate ten years ago when it employed just seven people. My role quickly evolved from trainee consultant to procurement advisor. I was promoted to account manager after four years and became responsible for the overall delivery of a range of projects to a varied client base. I am now a board director and look after overall client service and the commerciality of projects.
Throughout my career I’ve benefited from lots of responsibility and the opportunity to develop my own skills and capabilities. It has also been exciting to grow with the business. The firm is much bigger now and I’m looking forward to its next stage of expansion enormously.
