Areas of work

Graduate property employers work within at least one property market, which dictates the type of property you’ll work with. At the broadest level, these markets are commercial, residential and rural, but within this there will be subsets. For example, some commercial property firms specialise in office space and leisure. Surveyors working in a particular market carry out a list of functions or services on behalf of clients, which are listed below. Graduate surveyors usually get to sample a range of different functions on their training scheme.
