Graduate jobs explained

AB Agri has four different graduate schemes. Each consists of a number of placements in various fields. The four schemes are:

  • Commercial: 18 months to two years in length, spent rotating through key divisions of sales, marketing and customer support. In addition, placements will be conducted in various leading brands under the AB Agri banner, such as KW Alternative Feeds.
  • Supply chain: Up to two years focusing on operations management and production management. This will introduce graduates to the whole manufacturing processes.
  • Nutrition: Up to three years advising on, researching, developing and selling products. The programme is up to three years in length.
  • Finance: As much as three years long, the finance programme includes two commercial placements. The focus will be on accountancy at AB Agri.

Locations

Typically, at least one placement for any scheme will be conducted in the head offices in Peterborough. Further placements could then be conducted at any of the following sites:

  • County Antrim
  • Dalton
  • Driffield
  • Edinburgh
  • Enstone
  • Fife
  • Gainsborough
  • Northallerton
  • Marlborough
