Barclays Retail and Business Banking (RBB) provides banking and credit card solutions and services to personal and small business customers. As one of the world’s leading banks, Barclays is recognised as an extensive worldwide financial services organisation.

Barclays RBB is separate to Barclays Capital, Barclays Corporate and Barclays Wealth, and serves 48 million customers in 50 countries.

Salary and benefits

Barclays RBB is very clear about the salary on offer. UK candidates who join the Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP) will start on £36,000 per annum. There will also be an initial joining bonus of £8,000.
