Q. What do you enjoy about working in a multicultural work environment?

Working in a multicultural environment has made me appreciate the differences in structure, mentality and cultural approaches to work. I now understand the benefits, as well as the disadvantages, of the different ways people work: this is something that I will be able to utilise as my career develops.

While working abroad you have to learn to adapt to your new surroundings and this in itself can be a major accomplishment. Through working and living in France I have been able to improve my language skills and take in lots of French culture outside of work! I enjoy the challenges and opportunities that working in a multicultural organisation offers me and would highly recommend the experience.
