Q. What do you enjoy about working in a multicultural work environment?
When I started I was one of 11 graduates fromeight countries – coming to work felt like being part of the United Nations! Working within an organisation where people come from different cultural and educational backgrounds is incredibly stimulating. It’s been great to experience first-hand new ways of thinking about and approaching problems, project work and team tasks. It’s a unique learning experience and it will prove invaluable in the near future when I will be dealing directly with clients from different countries.
It’s also really nice to sit down to lunch, drinks or dinner with colleagues and share stories around the table from our lives, countries and experiences. People mix well both professionally and socially; for me, these are the personal highlights.
