THE ROLE

Associate Specialists, Procurement

The Hydrocarbons Procurement department is responsible for the sourcing of materials from suppliers, supplier management and logistics to those remote geographic locations, supporting KBR's oil and gas projects. Central to our success are our people. We employ talented graduates and develop them into the supply chain specialists and managers of the future.

We are looking for graduates with the drive to succeed in one of the most exciting and challenging jobs in today’s industry. We are looking for people who can think strategically and are confident about making difficult decisions with limited information within a team environment. Applicants must be able to make a difference in their assignment and add value to the organisation from day one.

We offer a comprehensive graduate programme in supply chain management. Over a period of two years you will be given opportunities in different supply chain disciplines such as Supplier Management, Purchasing, Expediting, Logistics, Material Management and Procurement Systems. You will be based out of our Leatherhead office in London but due to the nature of our business some of your assignments may also involve international travel.

Applicants must hold at least a second class honours degree in any discipline. Applications must be submitted in the form of a CV with a cover letter explaining why you want to join KBR.
