Salary - £18 - £20k basic but a fantastic earning potential, an expected OTE of over £40k in your first year alone

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated graduates who want to start a successful and profitable career within recruitment. A 2.1 from a reputable university is preferable or an exposure to a fast-paced sales environment. You will need to be competitive and driven by the idea of financial rewards as this is a heavily targeted role, where the earning potential increases relative to your hardwork and success.
The Role
As a trainee recruitment consultant you will immediately be exposed to the fast-paced, sales driven world of recruitment. Initially you will be heavily involved in the candidate side of the process; this will include profiling, interviewing and coaching potential candidates. Your progression to the client facing environment will be dependent on your hard-work and success, though normally takes between three and six months. There you will be developing new business through your expansive knowledge of the market, networking and building positive relationships with your clients.
