And it’s vital that every single journey is as secure and environmentally responsible as possible. Not just for our customers, but for our employees and suppliers too. With a flair for solving problems, you’ll quickly gain the skills you need to take on a vital role within the safety team that provides strategic direction and support to our managers. You’ll work hard to prevent incidents. And you’ll investigate any that might happen, to ensure that we learn from them.

Helping us to set the pace in safety, you’ll make big decisions, contribute from day one and meet the challenges of ensuring that everything runs smoothly at one of the world’s most iconic Capital cities. And in turn, your career in safety will open up many possibilities. You could support a strategy team. Or you could manage, assess or work with a team on a Tube line.

You’ll need more than a 2:1 honours degree however. You must be able to think on your feet. And motivate your team into doing the same to get things done. Above all, you’ll be passionate about safeguarding the millions of Londoners, tourists, employees and visitors who take the Tube each day.
