The graduate role
BBP Regeneration offers an exciting opportunity to get hands-on experience of the regeneration industry. From day one you will play an active role in projects throughout the UK, have client contact at the highest level and be part of a team where you matter. A typical week for you could include property market and policy research, site analysis, attendance at project meetings, running development appraisals, project management and preparing business plans and regeneration strategies – all under the supervision of senior team members.

Skills and experience required
- Strong academic record (RICS accredited qualification)
- Genuine interest in regeneration
- Excellent report writing, IT and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in multi-disciplinary teams
- Capacity to think laterally and innovatively.
