Training
As well as our accredited training programme which will help you to achieve professional status, you will be supported by a trained mentor to complete our 3 year graduate portfolio.
Supported through a range of internal and external training courses your programme will consist of 12 key skills including project management, financial management, contractual awareness, health & safety and environmental awareness.
You and your new graduate colleagues from across the globe will also be invited to attend the 4 day Jacobs' Graduate Weekend. In addition to professional training on team working you will be introduced to the organisation by our senior management team and of course given the chance to get to know your new colleagues.
