Joining Assurance via the Generalist route is arguably the best general business training you can get at graduate level.

We start by getting to know the company, finding out what they do and how they do it. We also want to know what they plan to do in the future. We put all this information together to establish what risks the organisation faces, if they are being addressed and the impact on the accounts.
