As a graduate in this area, you’ll face demanding challenges most graduates don’t encounter until far later in their careers. That could be as a Work Area Manager in a mail centre or Delivery Manager in a delivery office. As a proving ground, it’s unrivalled and within seven years you could be managing Royal Mail Operations as part of an Area Management Team.

What you’ll need

Back a 2:2 degree or above with drive, energy and resilience and you’ll be off to a good start. The ability to motivate and inspire a team is also essential and we’re looking for a flexible attitude to relocation. All of which should be complemented by the right to work in the UK for at least 3 years from the programme start date.
