Perhaps above all though, we’re looking for people who’ll not only take opportunities, but also actively seek them out and convert them into business success. Your Route to Success
Your development will be structured over three years. During these challenging and rewarding years, you will work on 3 different placements: for example a supply-focused role, a consumer-focused role and a financial control role. These assignments could take place in any of our local sites and in any of our categories (Chocolate, Petcare, Food or Drinks), giving you plenty of diverse experience. One of these placements will be based in another European country, ensuring you get the invaluable international experience you need to make it to the top.
And when we say ‘role’, we don’t mean a specially created project for you to practice on. We mean a real job with real deliverables. Yes, the learning curves will be steep. But that early responsibility and accountability will prove invaluable as you progress through the business.
