Corporate Switchboard Operator
arena21 is the UK's leading provider of five star Front of House services, whose clients include some of the World's best known and most prestigious companies.
We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity representing a large scale Corporate Finance company, based at their UK headquarters in NW1.
In this role you will be working as part of a team of two Switchboard Operators providing a five star answering service to the banks callers in accordance with the company guidelines.
Meridian switchboard experience is essential and Smile 2 experience is also preferable.
As with all our positions, these roles require individuals with a genuine desire to serve and a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service in a corporate or non-corporate environment.
The role is 35 hours per week Mon-Fri.
