Graduate Legal Recruitment Consultant

They hire trainee with no previous recruitment experience, which is testament to the standard of training they provide.
In order to be successful, you will ideally have a 2:1 degree or above in Law and/or an LPC. Any relevant internships and work experience will be useful and although not essential, sales experience will be an asset.
You will need to be able to demonstrate a genuine desire to excel within a target driven and competitive industry, possessing the confidence and interpersonal skills to negotiate with candidates and clients at senior level, both over the phone and face to face.
