In order to be successful in your application, you will ideally have a 2:1 degree or above.
You will need to be exceptionally self-motivated, with the confidence and tenacity required, to excel within an ultra competitive and lucrative market. Successful consultants will be targeted to earn at least 40k in their first year and the best will earn in excess of 80k after their second year. Proven consultants will also be rewarded with leadership responsibilities after just one year and a realistic chance to play an integral role in the future development of the business.
