In order to be successful in your application, you will have a strong academic background, ideally with a 2:1 degree or above. You will need to be self-motivated and ambitious, with a professional outlook towards work, possessing the confidence and credibility to negotiate with senior level candidates and clients and enjoy the satisfaction of closing deals and earning your commission.
