They are looking for highly articulate and mature graduates with the desire to deliver the highest standards of excellence within very senior level executive search. You will need a 2.1 degree or above and will be incredibly determined, ambitious and self-motivated, with a professional and mature approach to work. Successful candidates will begin as researchers, which will involve headhunting, name gathering, generating leads and searching databases.
Proven researchers will soon become consultants; at which point you will be responsible for recruiting senior consultants up to lead partners. You will work towards placing people with basic salaries up to £1m. You will be rewarded with a structured training programme delivered by experts in your specialist market and an uncapped commission structure that will allow you to earn exactly what you deserve.
