Associate Analyst

The role is diverse and challenging, and you’ll be responsible for tasks as varied as interviewing leading industry figures, conducting in-depth secondary research and structuring and writing insightful analysis. It will require identifying the key commercial opportunities and challenges inretail financial service markets as well as constructing sophisticated market forecast models. This will help shape marketing strategies for our client base of 5,000 and help direct the future decisions of their company.
As tomorrow’s expert in the industry, you will be responsible for producing high quality market analysis. You will be required to maintain and provide a timely response to market issues and offer up to date opinions to our clients, helping them to stay at the forefront of their market. You will be extracting, interpreting, processing and integrating complex datasets into analysis to provide clients with an appropriate future context for decision making;
The successful applicant will possess:
* Minimum 2:1 degree and 24 UCAS points or equivalent (an MBA or PhD is an advantage but not essential);
* Interest in company and/or market analysis
* Excellent written English and strong communication skills
* Strong numerical ability
* Ambition, drive and enthusiasm
It is desirable but not required to possess the following:
* A business and commercial awareness of the Financial Services sector.
