
Alliance Trust PLC is a self-managed investment company with investment trust status. We have been investing since 1888 and are one of the largest generalist UK investment trusts by market value on the London Stock Exchange.
Our Management Training Programme is a rotational programme, based from our headquarters in Dundee, specifically designed to provide trainees with an overview and understanding of the whole business.
Over a 2 year fixed term period, trainees will experience rotations in four key business areas to include Alliance Trust Plc, Alliance Trust Asset Management, Alliance Trust Savings and Alliance Trust Group.
Throughout the programme trainees will gain valuable industry specific qualifications in addition to individual training which will be tailored to suit their skill set and previous experience.
