Graduate Development Scheme
This extensive and in-depth 18-month training programme will see you build a thorough understanding of the entire business. The scheme is broken down into a number of placements in different teams and departments, with each placement exposing you to a diverse range of projects and day-to-day work activities that will enhance your skills and develop your personal attributes. It also includes a short placement at one of our international company sites to help you forge a more rounded view of the global organisation. Where appropriate, graduates will follow a relevant Chartership in their particular route.

What do I need?
With a minimum 2:1 degree, you should be an ambitious, well-rounded, high calibre graduate who is keen to shape the future success of Messier-Dowty. We are looking for innovative team players with strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills. A desire to learn new skills and a real commitment to achieving high standards in everything you do.
