The London office has a particularly open and entrepreneurial culture. With around 50 professional staff and counting, it is small enough to know everyone’s name yet diverse enough to have many different subject matter experts. We also have an excellent work-life balance – arguably the best of any strategy consulting firm in London. ‘Face-time’ is not a measure of success and the focus is on quality output, rather than the number of hours put in. Our global reach also allows for rotations to other countries. Popular destinations are Boston, San Francisco, New York, Tokyo and Paris.
