Who are Operis?

Operis is the UK leader in Financial Modelling consulting. We are based in London and currently employ about 40 people. Operis provides financial advisory services, tailored modelling projects, training and related product sales to banks, project sponsors and government departments. These are typically in connection with the provision of capital funding for large infrastructure or other projects and sometimes on an international basis. Operis is heavily involved in the PPP (Public Private Partnerships) market and works with models to support bids for hospitals, schools, roads, prisons and many other public services.

Operis has a blue-chip corporate client base and is renowned for its high quality training teaching delegates from all sectors how to build a financial model.

What kind of people work for us?

We seek to recruit the highest calibre graduates and post doctorates who, with support from their team, can be productive on real world projects from day one. Our projects are diverse and of relatively short duration but of very high priority to our clients. Starting remuneration is competitive within the banking sector and strong performance is rewarded with increases in salary and responsibility.

We would like to hear from graduates and post doctorates with good degrees in numerate subjects and some formal grounding in computing. Enthusiasm for hard work and a desire to take responsibility are essential. Successful applicants will be ambitious with a keen intellect, able to think flexibly and excellent communicators.
