PROGRESS is a two-year programme structured around Technical and Support Function activities. The Technical Stream includes Engineering, Programmes, IT, Supply Chain and Manufacturing while the Support Function Stream is focused on functional areas such as Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales and Customer Support. In both streams you will work on challenging projects and tasks. On completion of the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to transfer to another country and/or Division.
