CATERPILLAR Graduate Scheme

We have opportunities for Graduates in various disciplines, including Engineering (various areas); Finance; Sales & Marketing; Supply Chain; Purchasing and HR. Opportunities vary by location but we have facilities in Peterborough; Stafford; Leicester; Wolverhampton; Bracknell and Northern Ireland.

We operate an established and well-structured Graduate Scheme offering you the opportunity to experience a number of different areas of our business in order to develop your skills and knowledge effectively.

Depending on your chosen discipline, our Graduate Scheme offers rotations in different departments and functions in order to provide you with a range of experience and knowledge. Consequently at the end of the Scheme you will have an excellent grounding in your chosen field.

While experience in some areas may be compulsory, towards the end of the scheme you will have the opportunity to decide what areas of the organisation you would like to gain experience in for your own personal development. In order to guide you on this journey you will be assigned a mentor who will help you maximise the opportunities our Graduate Scheme offers and shape your future career with us.

As an organisation we can offer support and financial assistance towards achieving a professional qualification within your chosen discipline. For engineers who are looking to become chartered, our Graduate Scheme is aligned with the MPDS programme.
