Undergraduates and postgraduates join us as Associate Consultants, and are from the outset integral members of the project teams. Our relatively small project teams mean you will enjoy unrivalled early exposure to senior management and strategic issues giving you the opportunity to have real impact and stretch yourself. We actively strive to maximise the variety of issues, industries, and people to which you are exposed. From day one, you will contribute at the highest level to the analysis, the thought process and the client relationship.

You will learn from working closely with the other members of the team – from Associate Consultant to Partner - and directly with clients. Our culture encourages informal interactions across all levels of the firm - around the office, table football table and in the local bar after work. Although project work is the most valuable learning environment, you will be supported by formal mentoring and feedback as well as an ongoing comprehensive formal training programme that includes our annual International Training Week, where you have the opportunity to meet colleagues from our offices worldwide.
