The first four weeks are devoted to training in Boston with the intake from all four offices, which provides a great opportunity to meet with colleagues and develop the initial skill set required to be effective as an Associate. This is supplemented by an ongoing training programme run out of the London office and mentoring to provide ongoing support and guidance. On return to London the real work starts. Parthenon has a case-team approach and with a flexible structure, Associates are expected to take on responsibility for individual pieces of work as soon as they feel comfortable.
You will acquire valuable analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills that will not only make you effective in your job, but will also equip you with expertise applicable to any career you choose to pursue.
Parthenon’s non-hierarchical environment enables Associates to take initiative and drive their Parthenon experience by their interests and desire to learn.
