Rothschild is a worldwide financial advisory firm which is family controlled and independent. Rothschild Global Financial Advisory provides impartial, expert advisory and execution services on mergers and acquisitions, debt, equity and restructuring. Our clients include corporations, governments, institutions and individuals. Our graduate and internship programmes

Our long-term perspective and approach generates significant repeat business from long-standing and new clients, and means Rothschild is consistently ranked first in the UK and Europe by number of deals. Given the significant and high-quality deal volume at Rothschild, our graduates get earlier and deeper exposure to transactions and are given more responsibility earlier in their career. Graduates become rounded corporate finance advisers developing talent to advise global clients using their corporate finance, geographic and sector knowledge. The stability provided by our family ownership in this challenging market has allowed us to focus on our core business of giving objective, unbiased and creative advice. Our recruitment philosophy remains to hire motivated and talented individuals who will be directly involved in all aspects of the business globally and who will actively participate in shaping the growth of our business in the future. On joining Rothschild, you and your global counterparts will undergo a comprehensive training programme based in London which runs for six weeks.

We also offer two long-term internship programmes in London within Global Financial Advisory. Interns are recruited from all degree disciplines. A high level of academic achievement is required together with strong numeracy and excellent social and interpersonal skills.
