Our graduate training programmes

Each business area runs its own structured graduate training programme lasting between one and three years. What we look for

Of course we look for graduates with a strong academic background. But the right attitude is just as important as a quick brain. From the outset, you’ll have responsibility for live projects, so you must be the kind of person who never settles for ‘OK’, who asks questions and makes suggestions and who has the drive and initiative to improve on what’s gone before. What you’ve done outside of academia – placements, gap years, voluntary work or sporting or cultural activities for example – will also tell us a lot. Quite simply, we look for people with the potential to make a real impact on our business so push us to push you.
