The Leadership Development Programme is about finding and nurturing future leaders, helping you develop world-class leadership skills as well as expertise in your chosen business area. The Professional Excellence Programme is about becoming a recognised authority in your field, allowing you to develop your specialist skills and knowledge alongside leading professionals.

You’ll have a clear career route setting out the competencies you need to demonstrate if you wish to progress. These will be reviewed regularly at performance and development meetings, so you’ll always know exactly what knowledge or skills you need to acquire.
