haysmacintyre are one of the top 35 UK firms of Chartered Accountants based in London and are one of the largest single office firms in the UK, with 24 partners and 150 staff.

Graduate training and development

As you train with haysmacintyre, you are tapping into the expertise of our highly qualified and experienced staff. It is our principle to develop all students to achieve their targets. You will have regular performance appraisals with your line manager. You will be assigned a mentor on your first day to ensure your graduate career and development is fully supported.

As one of 16 annual graduate trainees you will be part of a three year training contract. We have two intakes per year and your start date will determine your study route.

You will have a strong academic background, minimum 300 UCAS tariff points and a 2:1 degree in any discipline.
