What we offer to our trainees

As a people business we recognise the need to invest in people of the highest calibre. Our success in our markets inevitably attracts top-quality new recruits to the firm. What we look for in a trainee

We are keen for our trainees not only to have a strong academic background, but also to involve themselves in firm-wide initiatives and activities to further their own development. We look for individuals who have ambition and are seeking a firm where they can commit 100 per cent to their work, our people and our culture. We want our trainees to shine and convince us that they have what it takes to become our partners of the future.

We have to be rigorous in our selection to ensure that we get the right candidates. We set high academic standards. Applicants should have (or expect to achieve) a 2.1 degree and have held positions of responsibility.
