Our Graduate Schemes

Our Finance Graduate Scheme lasts for 3 years, but the benefits will last you a lifetime. Joining the AB Agri graduate scheme is a great deal more than just your first job after University – it’s a golden opportunity to shape your working future with a company that’s committed to helping you achieve your potential.

During the 3 year scheme you will undertake a number of placements to provide you with a broad base of experience as well as a core accounting skill set. Two of your placements will be commercial, to equip you with the breadth of skills to operate as a commercial finance professional.

Our Finance Graduate Scheme will provide you with the opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic and growing business within a highly commercial finance team. Quality experience is coupled with on-going training towards ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualification.

Our Requirements

We are seeking graduates with the skills, initiative and personality to play a role in our continuing growth and success. You will ideally have a degree in agriculture, food or business, but we recognise the value of transferable skills, and we will consider graduates from any discipline, as long as you can demonstrate a genuine desire for a commercial role. Excellent communication skills, drive and the ability to work effectively in teams will be key requirements.

You will need a 2:1 or higher, with strong A Level results (ABB minimum) and maths either at GCSE (A or A*) or at A Level.

Just as important will be your drive, enthusiasm and ability to work well in a team.
