Training and development opportunities

We offer a range of opportunities to students and graduates

• Day release: Study for HNC/HND/ degree qualifications. 
• Sponsorship: Students studying accredited degree courses in civil engineering and other civils related degree courses.
• Vacation employment: 6–12 weeks employment for undergraduates on construction related degree courses.
• Industrial training: Employment on site for students on thick or thin sandwich construction related degree courses.
• Professional development: Our Professional Development Programme is approved by the Institution of Civil Engineers and is supported by an extensive network of supervisors and mentors who will help you become a member of a professional body.
