Gleeds is leading,independent international managment and construction consultancy offering its clients business-driven opportunities for all their property and accommodation needs.

We employ around 1,200 people including project finance, cost consultants and quantity surveyors, project managers, building surveyors, facilities managers, plus M&E engineers, geomatic surveyors, project managers, economists, CDM co-ordinators and other specialists.

What do we do?

Our service overview includes project management, cost management, building surveying, financial services, health and safety, land and mineral surveying, management consulting, design and build and operational management.

Who do we work for?

We have teams working in particular industry sectors including retail, residential, urban regeneration, leisure, commercial, heritage, environmental, health, energy, utilities and petrochemical, industrial and manufacturing, and transport.

Where could you work?

As well as eighteen offices in the UK, Gleeds has operations across the globe including Australia, China, the Czech Republic, the USA, United Arab Emirates, plus number of other associations including Africa, Thailand, Mauritius and the Cayman Islands.

What will we do for graduates?

We have a comprehensive development programme for all levels.

Our graduate training programmes are specifically designed to help our recruits achieve critical skills at the highest levels. These courses are verified and accredited by the RICS, CIOB, APM or other awarding bodies as required, with specific support throughout your APC.

To ensure ongoing CPD, Gleeds spends over £250,000 annually on employee development and training, which includes all people regardless of which grade or level they join.
