We have a very successful graduate programme and a clear development structure which means our people can develop their careers with us. In fact our current Managing Director started his career in our graduate programme.

Exciting projects

Current trainees may help finding major tenants to occupy the 4 million sq ft International Quarter, next to the Olympic stadium at Stratford, or be involved in some of London’s largest investment deals while working in our transactional teams. You could also be valuing billions of pounds worth of institutional assets in our Valuation team, or managing the Crown Estate’s £1bn St James’ portfolio for our Property Management team. Alternatively, you could find yourself advising on J D Wetherspoon’s national portfolio or helping our Property Development team to deliver our brand new office at King’s Cross.

We are looking for talented and ambitious people who have the desire to help us achieve our ambitious goals, and can demonstrate the attributes that are fundamental to becoming a successful surveyor.

  • Achievement/determination – track record of academic and personal achievement

  • Analytical capability – good problem-solving skills and logical approach.
