About us
BBP Regeneration is a specialist property and regeneration consultancy providing advice to public and private sector clients at all stages of the regeneration process. Current project areas include London and the Thames Gateway, Shoreham Harbour, Dover and North East England. Clients include The Homes and Communities Agency, the RDAs and private developers. The graduate role
BBP Regeneration offers graduates an exciting opportunity to get hands-on experience of the regeneration industry. From day one you will play an active role in projects throughout the UK, have client contact at the highest level and be part of a team where you matter. A typical week for you could include property market and policy research, site analysis, attendance at project meetings, running development appraisals, project management and preparing business plans and regeneration strategies – all under the supervision of senior team members.

Skills and experience required
We are looking for graduates with:
- Strong academic record (RICS accredited qualification)
- Genuine interest in regeneration
- Excellent report writing, IT and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in multi-disciplinary teams
- Capacity to think laterally and innovatively.
