Graduate training and development

LECG provides graduate joiners with a comprehensive training programme as well as the option to pursue further qualifications. These augment the development that graduate joiners experience through their day-to-day involvement in challenging and interesting projects. The programme develops both technical skills (such as financial modelling and business writing) and soft skills (such as time management and communication styles).

Graduate joiners also have the option to pursue further qualifications. These include the unique opportunity to become a chartered accountant (ACA) in a consulting environment or support for the chartered financial analyst (CFA) programme.
