Graduates can apply for one of the following areas - Financial Management, Supply Chain Management, Customer Development, Business & Technology Management, Research & Development, Human Resources, Marketing, China Programme or our new Asia, Middle East, Africa & Russia Programme. Whichever arefa you join, you’ll learn business fast. The two-year scheme involves placements across our UK & Ireland business with responsibility from day one, alongside excellent training in leadership and business. We’ll support you in achieving Chartered status and qualifications such as CIMA, IMechE, IchemE, IEE and CIPD. When the programme ends, you’ll move into a management role.
