About us

Croudace Homes is a leading residential developer in the south east, a fact proven by our continued success within the construction industry for over 60 years. To this day the company remains a family-owned business and we are proud of our hard-earned reputation for quality and service.

Our in-house 'start-to-finish' methodology encompasses all aspects of the development process. Our teams include land negotiators who appraise land for development and investment, designers and engineers who produce technical drawings for each site and liaise with local authorities, surveyors who deal with subcontractors and are responsible for the financial management of each site and site managers who ensure the sites are run to programme and comply with rigorous health and safety regulations. The completed houses are sold through our sales consultants based in our show homes.

Croudace continues to expand and with a new regional office due to open in October 2010, opportunities to develop within the Company will increase even further.

Graduate opportunities

We're looking for exceptional graduates to join our dedicated teams who will contribute to maintaining our levels of outstanding performance and excellence. We are committed to staff training and you will be encouraged to continue your professional development onto chartered status or equivalent.

Our graduate training programme is designed to enable you to gain valuable knowledge as you spend time with each core area of the business, e.g. land, construction and development. For the rest of the programme you will move to departments relevant to your graduate career interest. Undergraduates can apply for sandwich-year placements which will help you to gain valuable hands-on experience and you will be allocated to a specific site or project during your training.
