Cooper Industries origins extend back more than 175 years to a small iron foundry in Mount Vernon, Ohio. Today, Cooper Industries has become a multi-billion electrical products manufacturer.

The two year leadership programme is structured around rotational work assignments that prepare future leadership by offering the chance to learn through hands on experience and professional training, qualification and in house company workshops. The leadership programmes offered are either Operations or Technical for Engineers or Supply Chain, Marketing, HR & Finance for business students.

Our 12 month industrial placements are structured around projects suitable to your specific degree programme. At the same time we will prepare you for future career opportunities with real life projects and business training, Our placements are often the spring board to our Graduate Programmes.
