About us

Matrix Chambers

The members of Matrix practice in a range of different areas of public and private law, the law of the European Union and the ECHR, and public international law. Matrix was established to bring together
practitioners who recognise that these disciplines are becoming increasingly influenced by common principles of constitutional, European and international law.

Matrix acts for private and public clients, and has particular expertise in areas including commercial; competition; crime; data protection; discrimination; education; employment; environmental; extradition; fraud; freedom of information; human rights; immigration; nationality and asylum; international arbitration; local government; public and administration; media; mutual assistance; prison; and social welfare.

Pupillage

Matrix is committed to providing a stimulating, balanced and comprehensive training schedule and offers two 12-month training places with an award of £40,000 during the pupillage year and £10,000 during the BPTC year for applicants who are yet to undertake the BPTC.
