Established in 1979, IPL is one of the largest independent systems/software houses in the UK. IPL delivers software systems and IT consultancy across a wide range of business sectors for an impressive portfolio of clients. Our headquarters are situated in the centre of the beautiful and lively city of Bath.

Our requirements

We employ professional, highly capable staff with an excellent reputation for producing quality solutions to complex problems using state-of-the-art technologies. They work in a number of sectors including Telecoms, Broadcast, Government,Emergency Services, Defence, Transport and Finance.

Your development

IPL promotes from within. Most of our recruitment is at the lower experience levels, from which staff develop into highly competent software engineers. Opportunities exist to move into business and technical consultancy, project management and business development.

On joining IPL, graduates attend an intensive induction course prior to being assigned to project teams. Each employee’s skills are subsequently developed by supervised on-the-job experience and further training.
