Commercial Graduate Scheme

The Commercial Graduate Scheme with AB Agri provides a superb chance to gain essential business skills and invaluable hands-on experience with a true market leader, right across the company’s business activities. Placements span a number of our market-leading brands and cover a combination of Sales, Purchasing, Trading and Product Management, Marketing and Customer Support.

Nutrition Graduate Scheme

Our Nutrition Graduate Scheme lasts for up to 3 years, but the benefits will last you a lifetime. Our nutritionists play a key role in researching, developing, selling and advising across our market leading product range. This extends to feed materials, feed additives, pre-mixes and compound feed including specialist products such as baby pig feed. During your scheme you will undertake a number of placements to provide you with a broad base of experience across AB Agri. As a result you will move across a number of locations.

Supply Chain Graduate Scheme

Our Supply Chain Graduate Scheme provides a superb chance to gain experience across our supply chain, from raw materials scheduling and inventory management to production and distribution of finished products to our customers. Your training will begin with a comprehensive induction to the business, our manufacturing process and the business issues that confront us.

Finance Graduate Scheme

Our Finance Graduate Scheme lasts for 3 years, but the benefits will last you a lifetime. During the 3 year scheme you will undertake a number of placements to provide you with a broad base of experience as well as a core accounting skill set. Two of your placements will be commercial, to equip you with the breadth of skills to operate as a commercial finance professional.
