Your development is as important to AkzoNobel as it is to you. We have designed a high quality development programme which delivers extensive training and, where appropriate, the opportunity to gain external qualifications.

From day one you’ll be fully integrated into the business and working on real-life company issues that will provide challenging experiences to enable you to develop into a business leader of the future.

Supported by a mentor, buddy and graduate network scheme, you will enjoy five training modules that will develop your competencies and business skills within our first two years of joining us. These will provide you with a broad understanding of the business, the leadership skills and commercial awareness to challenge the norm as well as a network of contacts throughout the company.

As of 2012, to be considered for our graduate programmes you will need 300 UCAS points (which equates to 3B's at 'A'level) and a minimum 2:1 degree from a range of disciplines (please see our website for details).
