Most graduates embark on their chosen career with big dreams and ambitions, hoping to make a difference in the world. At Rolls-Royce you’re not just encouraged to have these high aspirations, but you’re put in a position to realise them – daily.

At Rolls-Royce, everything we do is mission-critical. Every minute of every day, we affect the lives of millions of people. We keep 400,000 passengers in the air at any one time. Our Trent 60 gas turbine has been sold to 16 countries and the fleet can generate enough power for three million homes. Over 30,000 commercial and naval vessels operate with Rolls-Royce equipment, keeping coasts, national and international waters safe.

The expertise, diversity and dedication of our 40,000 employees is key. The company is able to attract excellent people because of the specialist skills and knowledge that can be taught to the highest level.

You can choose from two graduate programmes:

  • The Professional Excellence Programme teaches the skills needed to be an expert in your chosen field, learning directly from some of the industry’s most experienced professionals.
  • The Leadership Development Programme helps grow the future leaders of the business and will channel your learning in a broader business context, tackling the operational and managerial dimensions of your chosen discipline.

Who are we looking for?

There’s a certain mindset that’s shared by all Rolls-Royce people. A relentless desire to make things work better and to redefine the standards everyone else lives by. Whatever your role, you’ll need to show the same passion and collaborative spirit that’s underpinned the company’s highest achievements.
