Operations Programme:

  • An 18 month structured programme
  • Three placements of six months in versatile sectors and areas of the business
  • Focus on entry-level management positions with real responsibility, designed to develop your technical and people management skills within warehousing, transport and supply chain
  • Experience of working within fast paced sites and environments
  • Structured workshops to help develop your soft skills, to be a great manager
  • Community project – an opportunity for you to develop your project management and team working skills, while giving back to the community
  • Fast track into permanent managerial position upon successful completion of the programme

Functional Programmes:

  • HR, Finance or Procurement functional programmes
  • Three years structured programme including three placements of twelve months
  • Varied learning and development opportunities, both through formal workshops and ‘on the job’ training
  • Community project – an opportunity for you to develop your project management and team working skills, while giving back to the community
  • Support towards completion of professional industry qualification 

     

  • Fast track into permanent functional positions, that contribute positively towards DHL’s success

Who are we looking for?

  • Strong interest in a career in logistics / supply chain
  • Graduates who are passionate about providing an excellent service to our customers, with innovative ideas and practical solutions

  • Able and willing to take on responsibility from day one
  • Flexibility to move around the UK throughout the programme
  • Hold a valid UK driving license
